Processing Time

All of our curtains are made to order and crafted specifically for your order. We do not keep finished curtains in stock, allowing us to customize every detail to your specifications.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days.

The exact processing time depends on the fabric, construction, and customization selected.

Orders That May Require Additional Processing

Some custom options require extra craftsmanship and quality inspection, which may extend production by 1–3 additional business days, including:

• Flame-retardant treatments
• Special header styles
• Extra-large or oversized panels
• Other custom requests

Shipping Time (After Your Order Ships)

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped from the production facility that can provide the fastest delivery to your location. We select the shipping carrier based on your destination and service availability.

• If you have a move-in date, renovation, wedding, or other important deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best production and shipping option.

At North Curtain, every curtain is custom made to your selected size, fabric, color, and header style. Because each order is made specifically for you, please review our policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• If you request a cancellation after 48 hours but before your order has shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover materials and production costs that have already been incurred.
• Once your order has shipped, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if your order has a verified issue caused by us, including:

• Incorrect size
• Incorrect color
• Incorrect header style
• Incorrect fabric
• Manufacturing defects or workmanship issues

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support-canada@northcurtain.ca and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will repair, replace, or refund your order at no additional cost, including return shipping if required.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our curtains are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Change of mind
• Color variations caused by different monitor or screen settings
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Dry clean recommended. If machine washing is necessary, use cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry, and steam lightly from the reverse side.
