How long does it take to make custom curtains?
Custom curtains are made to order and typically take 10-15 business days to produce, plus 5-10 business days for shipping within Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $199 CAD. Orders under $199 have a flat shipping rate.
Can I order free fabric swatches?
Absolutely! We offer free fabric swatches so you can touch and feel our fabrics and see the colors in your own lighting before ordering.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard-sized curtains in original condition. Custom-sized curtains are made specifically for you and are final sale. We recommend ordering swatches first.
What header styles do you offer?
We offer 5 header styles: Rod Pocket, Grommet Top, Tab Top (10cm tabs), Double Pinch Pleated, and Pencil Pleat (with 4-prong hooks). Each style is available on all curtains.
What fabrics do you use?
We use two premium fabrics: Premium Velvet (370 GSM) for a luxurious, heavy drape with excellent insulation, and Cotton Linen for a breathable, natural texture. Read our fabric comparison guide for details.
Can you make curtains for unusual window shapes?
Yes! We can make curtains for arched windows, bay windows, angled windows, and other non-standard shapes. Use our custom configurator or contact us with your measurements.
How do I wash my curtains?
Velvet curtains: dry clean recommended, or machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water. Cotton linen: machine washable on regular cycle. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Read our care guide for detailed instructions.
Do you offer flame retardant curtains?
Yes! Flame retardant treatment is available on all curtains. This is commonly required for businesses, restaurants, churches, and cinemas. The curtains are soaked in flame retardant solution and air dried. Browse flame retardant curtains.
