Some custom options require extra craftsmanship and quality inspection, which may extend production by 1–3 additional business days, including:

• If you have a move-in date, renovation, wedding, or other important deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can recommend the best production and shipping option.

At North Curtain, every curtain is custom made to your selected size, fabric, color, and header style. Because each order is made specifically for you, please review our policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• If you request a cancellation after 24 hours but before your order has shipped, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover materials and production costs that have already been incurred.
• Once your order has shipped, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if your order has a verified issue caused by us, including:

• Incorrect size
• Incorrect color
• Incorrect header style
• Incorrect fabric
• Manufacturing defects or workmanship issues

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support-canada@northcurtain.ca and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will repair, replace, or refund your order at no additional cost, including return shipping if required.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our curtains are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Change of mind
• Color variations caused by different monitor or screen settings
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
